CFW ARCH FLEX est un custom firmware CEX Standard, avec l'ajout des fonctions COBRA 7.03, ainsi que l'intégration d'une version de WEBMAN. Ce CFW se base sur le COREOS développé pour le CFW Rebug 4.65.1 & 4.46.1. Ce CFW dispose également d'un spoof 4.70 intégré (seulement en mode normal, pas en rebug). La dernière version de Webman Mod (par Aldostools) est incluse, modifiée et adaptée à ce custom firmware. Un package nommé flextools, fournit avec, permet de simplifier l'utilisation des fonctionnalités proposée par ce CFW.
